Curé d’Ars has been the parish home of the Wilcots family for 28 years.  During that time, Barbara has served as a lector and extraordinary minister of Holy Communion, on the Global Outreach Ministry and Christian Formation Committee, as well as on the Pastoral Council, which she also chaired.  Currently, Barbara serves as one of the bulletin editors along with Loretta Richardson.  She and her husband Gary co-chair the Christian Formation Committee and continue to serve as lectors and Eucharistic ministers.  She also serves on the Liturgy Committee and is a part of the newly formed Social Justice working group.  Professionally, Barbara is the vice president of Student Affairs at Regis University where she finds it deeply rewarding to bring her faith and vocation together in service to God and to others.
